A) Wrong forum, B) Google is your friend, along with php.net and pretty much any of the first million results from searching PHP in any search engine

Re: How to start with PHP?

Hi, I became started with the help of these two web sites:

Goto URL: "http://us3.php.net/tut.php" to learn about the language.

Goto URL: "http://www.apachefriends.org/en/index.html" to actually practice with the language,
that is, download XAMPP.

Games over the internet do not use the HTTP protocols, they use socket-IO, alternate ports and
custom protocols. It becomes rather heavy duty. An example is "SecondLife".

Goto URL: "http://secondlifegrid.net/technology...ld-open-source".

Good luck!
