I'm looking for information on companies who may be interested in being written in for a grant to design a game for a non- profit that will teach children about emergency preparedness

Go into the job offers section and post there. Im sure a freelancer would do it for you (Id even do it for you but i wouldnt consider myself an expert programmer )

Well, you can learn yourself and teach your children. Learn from some tutorials. Such as
