Hi server_crash,
Tks for your inject.
Some folks suggest me to learn java from "source code to some simple applets". Can you point me where can I find a collection of java simple applets with source code.
TIA

Correct. Buy Head First Java and work your way through that.
The only thing which gets close in quality is the official Sun tutorial.

Hi folks,
Tks for your advice.
My practice in learning new technology is similar to jwenting's. I printed out the the important pages of the technical articles on recycle paper.
