Don't shout.
Don't claim your problem is more urgent than that of anyone else.
Show some effort, don't ask us to do your work for you.
And take a long hard look at the Date and Calendar classes, and DateFormat to format the output.
Information you can find in the API docs.

Hi everyone,
PLEASE HELP HELP I NEED
TO SUBMIT THIS IN 4 DAYS. I DID TRY AND NOT ABLE
TO PROCEED
If you already did the program, why don't you post what you got an i sure the others will help you but don't ask someone to write an entire program by yourself.
Actually jwenting's post of looking at the Date and Calender class is really good advice.
ask a specific question and show some effort and i'm sure someone will lend a helping hand

ps. server_crash i really like your drawing
