I would appreciate if some one can help me to outline the procesure of deploying a JSP applicationo on Eclipse IDE - along with plug ins required for it.

The answer to your question depends on the environment you're deploying to, which server you're using (WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, etc.), and how your project is set up.

Try researching a bit on Google.
