Hi Friends, How to create properties files for russian launguage in swing application,
is ther any code format? kindly help me in this problem.

properties files are not really related to Swing or any other framework that deal with the UI.
to create a properties file, all you need is a text editor.
if you mean you want to know how to have several languages in your application that the user can switch between, you may want to take a look at this tutorial.

It's all about i18n (internationalization) which is, I think based on your description, what you are looking for.
