Visual J#?

Does anyone here use Visual J#? If so can you provide some examples of syntax as well as examples of loops (for, foreach, do, while), declaration of variables, importing namespaces, how to build form style applications (a link would do on that one), and any further information you feel would be useful to me as a beginner to Visual J#? I'm re-installing Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate so I've got to wait until it's done to start testing anything but some examples to read would be nice.

The most active area I've seen with J# is here , but it still looks like a Ghost Town.

For me, there are so many supported languages available on the platform that I wouldn't want to learn any more about it than I already know (very little).
