How do i change/get my port number?

how do i change/get my port number because i have my ip address and all that i just need to find my port number. if you know it please tell me how to change or get one for free since i need it for my site if your interested in my site visit my site and if you choose to tell me i thank you heaps.

what does this have to do with programming in java? This sounds more like a webserver issue.

look in the httpd.conf file to change the port (in apache)
