U can do some j2me projects like face recong
software for mobile security or you can do what we call mobile operating system

I thought of doing mobile os but can't took my view in reality If one has ideas plz elaborate ur views coz I thought of a jvm running on the kernel where the total system I thought just what can be done in very briefly ie a small implementation this thing ( though it requires designing the kernel ) Check this link What I thought of doing a small implementation this (SavaJe XE operating system)
