hi... i do really need your help guys... its about mobile application in netbeans IDE 6.7.1

im a total newbie here...

so, im asking for your help...

so here it goes, i am planning to create a mobile application with the use of netbeans IDE 6.7.1, and the outcome would be like a call/text message blocker...

what i want to happen is that when the mobile phone user enter a number on the application, it will automatically block any messages and/or calls from that number... please please please help me:(
