PostgreSQL monitoring

Hi everyone.

Suppose I have my database in postgresql, with around 100 tables. I would like
to know if there is any way to know which table(s) is affected after running
a specific query. For example, if I add a new row, that software for example,
should be able to tell me which table has been affected.

Grateful if you could guide to any monitoring software that could cater for this.
