uh... this isn't a code question but then it's not a code answer either; you shouldn't need to specify a host OS for your Domino server unless it is doing something radically weird, so there's nothing to stop you running i-Series inside your friendly little family business (!!!) and then RedHat at your co-lo house... but then you asked the question so long ago I doubt you're hanging out waiting for the answer.
