This is not a question indeed. But still if you consider it to be one then lwt me answer you.
Apart from the PC having any O.S.(MUST REQUIRED THINGS), you should have the Java installed with it's SDK, the IDE( NetBeans or Eclipse will do) and Internet from where you can reach GOOGLE & your full Conviction towards learning it on demand.
