Using a Custom UI in a Delphi App

Hi i am looking to use a totally custom built UI with a piece of software i am writing in delphi.

i have ofc seen this done many times in programs like itunes and windows media player etc, where the standard windows aero frame is not used...

i have never before attempted this in delphi.

can somebody please tell me how to remove the standard aero frame from the form...and then how to replace the system buttons with my own.
