Inputting Saved String Information from a StringGrid

For a college project I am trying to create a system. For a part of this system I have saved information from a combination of edit and combo boxes input by the user into a txt file and I now need to input this information into a stringgrid that is on a seperate form in my system

The saved file looks like this:
' ½à@Trim x 9:00" 30 Minutes,C~ç8@ ðóC '

and I need to know what code to use to make the computer input this into my stringgrid!
Any help would be great.

Show the code that saves it to file. Should be the easiest way to see how you can retrieve it again.
