I need help on audio encoding and accessing freeDB.

I just like to create a complete media player project in Delphi 2007. Can you give me sample projects for this ff: features on the program I will create:

› A Delphi project on encoding an audio CD to MPEG 3 format (MP3).
› A Delphi project on accessing the Audio CD Info from FreeDB.

And also, do you know anything about SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol)?
Can you give me Instructions on how create a SOAP Service and how to consume that service (can you give me a sample project on how to consume a soap service with Delphi).
