Your vendor has not defined Time::HiRes macro ITIMER_REAL

Hi,
I want to use the macro "ITIMER_REAL" in my perl script. But using this is giving me error as
"Your vendor has not defined Time::HiRes macro ITIMER_REAL, used at test.pl line
15."
Can anyone help me out in finding the reason.
