TypeError: coercing to Unicode:

I am tryingto download a file from the server ,I dont know why i m getting the following error

localFile = open(localFileName, 'wb')
TypeError: coercing to Unicode: need string or buffer, type found

Any clues..?

Hm. The only thing I can think of is that your LocalFileName is not valid ASCII.
