S.O.S ~ Help me, plz

Hi :)
Can anyone help me?
I want to display image in my GUI using tkinter (python 3.2.2)

Do i need to download this python image library ==> PIL-1.1.7.win32-py3.2
or actually it was already in tkinter?
How about the code?

image = PhotoImage(file='myimage.gif')
label['image]' = image
