Micr Adjustment And Loading Files Using The Browse Key

I need help with MICR adjustment. This sounds vague but if anyone knows how to set this up in VB.Net web application I could use some input.

Also, I want to be able to click a browse button on my page to link to my files. The user should be able to select and the selection should go back to my page. Help please.
