Retrieve System startup list

Hey I have been trying to figure out the code that would allow me to retrieve the system configuration startup list. So far I have found the registry location of the list, but have not figured out how to retrieve the list or if there is a better way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Using VB 2008 Express)
