get specific data syntax

Hi, i am new to MySQL:
Lets say now i have a database, within that database, i have one column named "TEX", and the format of the data are as shown below:

How to select data using VB.NET to only time for 06:00 to 06:59?
I need to know the syntax to retrieve the data for specific timing....thanks if can help....
