creating html pages with vb.net console applications

Hi,

I have 1 xml file and 1 xsl file. I need to generate new html pages dynamically based on some values by passing the parameters to xsl file from console application using vb.net.

Can any one suggest me how to create html pages dynamically using vb.net or C#?
