2 Combo box relationships, How can I relate the two?

Hey guys I'm a newbie =)

I was wondering if it was possible to bound 2 combo boxes to each other. the first combo box with a set of information. Based on what the user selects, the second combo box changes. this involves 2 tables.

table 1
dept id
department

table 2
dept id
location

example: the user selects dept id " ART" in combo box 1
and the second combo box will fill locations based on "ART", such as "ART east" or "ART west"

I am using bindings through the properties windows of each combo box.

Any help would be great!!
