i am working in paytime software using vb.net 2005, i have a problem employee schedule creation. how to use dayoff(fixed or flexible). any one help me

Salary should be calculated based on total number of hours one has worked in a month.

yes but they are using three type of salary calculation
daily
weekly
monthly
my problem is how to calculate dayoff while generate scedule?

dayoff can be another table which has records of how many hours an employee has taken leave.
