Tcp/ip client server lan chat using visual studio 2005

Hii everyone.. i have wanted to create a TCP/IP Lan chat program in visual studio 2005. i am a newbie to it 2005. i have already created an interface for it but no codes yet.

I have tried that before.. The VB.NET I use is 2005, and it always tries to convert it before opening it. It gives me errors. And the codes written there are really confusing. I have provided the interface above, pls help me with the codings
