Mapi and VB .net question

Does anyone know how to stop Outlook 2000 from prompting about A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. I created a vb .net application to send e-mails using mapi but I get this message from Outlook 2000. Is there anyway to stop Outlook 2000 from prompting me?
