vb.net library / user control

hi, I just want to start an application with vb.net
I have enough basic knowledge in vb.net
And now I want to try use alternative UI for my application.
For example I want my application look likes office :)
or I want a better tab control

So, where can I download the library/user control for free? :$

note: I use visual studio 2005..
it's too old..huh..:-/
