Visual Basic 2008 Link Browse Button to TextBox

hi im trying to link a browse button to a textbox

when the user clicks the browse button and selects a destination the selection is displayed in the textbox

Hi,

If your browsebutton is a combobox, where you can do some selections, then you do something like this:

Private Sub ComboBox1_SelectedIndexChanged(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles ComboBox1.SelectedIndexChanged
        TextBox1.Text = ComboBox1.SelectedItem
    End Sub

also you can use the same for a ListBox as :

Private Sub ListBox1_SelectedIndexChanged(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles ListBox1.SelectedIndexChanged
TextBox1.Text = ListBox1.SelectedItem
