how to embedd excel file in form in vb.net

good evening everyone..
im a student and currently taking my thesis...im having a problem with creating a excel file with vb...
the thing is I need to open the excel file inside the form in vb.net...

Anyone please need help...

If you are using Visual Studio... In the toolbox is WebBrowser. You can open the file into the browser, but it will not look like M$ Excel. It will open the sheet only. You can build your own toolbar in the form. I do have some code for this if you think it may work for you.
