Deploying Windows form application with database

I am about to finish an application for a client. Now I'm having hard time deploying it since I really don't know how to do it.

How do I deploy a windows form application with database?

I've already downloaded the prerequisites redistributables. I also want those to be included in the installer.

What DBMS are you using for your solution?.

To deploy the solution, you need to add a Setup Wizard Project to your solution and configure the Output of the installer.
