Time Credits

Good Day i already set up my MySql Database and my form for this application.

I have this project in school that will give time credits to every student.

For example a student gave 30 hours of time consumable, everytime he uses the computer the time will deduct how mmuch he spent in using the computer. for example he consume 1 hour, suppose to be the time credit left now is 29 hours. when the student log out it updates the database.

I just want to know how to less the time. I dont how to start this,.

You need to design the database first.
