Hi GG 1985,
If you are asking how to start this project I would say for a project like that, you have to divide the task among presentation,application,persistent layer. Presentation layer is how you want to design your GUI. Application layer will handle all the logic and persistent layer will be your database.
For logic first of all you have to work on inquiry part,ie. inquiring about flight reservation.
