how to get target path of a shortcut

what i want to do -

user drag and drop shortcut to the form(i know how to handle drag and drop) . shortcut path have to store in a string

plz help me when i google i found codes to do this using IShellLink Interface but they ar very long codes . i want short code also im not familiar with IShellLink Interface thnx :)
