visual studio toolbox

Hi,
I have visual studio 2010 ultimate and i have installed sap crystal reports for visual studio.
its a free edition for visual studio 2010.

while working on a project in which i wanted to create a report, it was giving errors..
but that's not a problem,

now i don't see "crystal reports viewer tool" in toolbox .. when i try to work on a different project. but when i open previous project i see it in the toolbox.
i have even tried re-installing crystal reports
i have tried resetting toolbox ..

i see "crystal reports viewer when" i click on choose items..i try to add ..but nothing happens...

please someone help here..its really important for me..
