.net 3.5 to .net 4

I converted my project from .net 3.5 to .net 4.0 and here's what I got.

I wanted to convert just because of charting controls available in .net 4.0

I have a backup of original .net 3.5 project.

can anyone please tell me what to do to be able to use charting controls of .net 4.0
