Time(7) SqlDb type problem with Timespan

"SqlDbType.Time overflow. Value '3.00:00:00' is out of range. Must be between 00:00:00.0000000 and 23:59:59.9999999."

Does anyone know what is the problem.

It looks like you have tried to enter an invalid time format

3.00:00:00 you have a decimal point not a : you mean 3:00:00:00 Or 3:00:00 either way they are the same
