How to extract all frames from .avi file

I am using VB.NET.in which i use the class csmovielibrarypro to play the video file.
I want to extract all frames from the video file.Is there any API that i can use to overcome my problem.or any other method to solve it.

Check out this site. It is for vb6 but you should be able to convert it.
