how can i make the background image property not to be tile ( i want it to be as one picture in the middle)

i am using vb.net2003

Background image layout...drop down box > centre or stretch.

Don't know about 2003 but that's available in 2005 beta which is free for download.

Why in the world would VB.net 2003 have a default that tiles background images, and no easy way to change that option? Life is hard enough!
