How to suppress the Outlook Address Book Securtiy Pop up box ?

I wrote a code in VB.NET to access Microsoft Outlook Folders. When I want to see the contents of the Address Book it shows a Pop up box
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.Do you want to allow this?
If it is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No"."
And it will ask for the access for 1 min, 2min, 5 min or 10 min.
I want to suppress this box i.e. I don't want to allow this box to appear every time when I run my program.Anybody have any idea to suppress this box?
NOTE:"I don't want any paid software to suppress this."

You can't! Because then every virus, trojan, worm, etc... would do so to prevent people from blocking access to their Outlook data files!
