Updating Access Db Using Vb.net 2005

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to update an access database using vb.net(2005). I have this code, But it doesnt update.
Me.STUDBindingSource.EndEdit()
Me.STUDTableAdapter.Update _(Me.TrialDataSet.STUD.GetChanges)

Please Help
