mysql error in pocket pc

Hi, I've developed pocket pc application using vb.net and mysql. But the prob now, I cannot access data from mysql thru pocket pc. when I run the application in Symbol pocket pc, it will give me this error:

TypeLoadException
Could not load type MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlConnection from assembly Mysql.Data, Version=1.0.4.20163, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=C5687FC88969C44D

Does anyone knows what goes wrong? hope someone can help me.tq..
