Setup Problem

Hi friends,
Whenever i run my project setup it shows message "SETUP CANNOT CONTINUE BECAUSE SOME SYSTEM FILES ARE OUT OF DATE ON YOUR SYSTEM.CLICK OK IF YOU WOULD LIKE SETUP TO UPDATE THESE FILES FOR YOU NOW. YOU WILL NEED TO RESTART WINDOW BEFORE YOU CAN RUN SETUP AGAIN. CLICK CANCEL TO EXIT SETUP WITHOUT UPDATING SYSTEM FILES.


Please help me.

What is the operating system in which u r running the setup? I know an issue where, if u prepare the setup in versions greater than win98 (say XP/2000) and trying to run setup in win98, u get this error. Try upgrading your win98 with any available upgrade and/or service pack.

Dear Sir,
I am using windows xp professional service pack 2, version 2002.
when i clidk on OK then it restarted there after at the time of running setup same problem.
