Insert Background Image in Excel Sheet

Hi,

I would like to insert a background image in an excel sheet which is generated through VB code. The image should be inserted in such a manner so that any data in the same cells can be seen over the image. (i.e the image should be in the background and the data should be in the foreground)

Kindly guide me towards the solution.
