"Proc too large to compile"

Expand Post »
Hi Guys,

I'm getting on odd error on compilation, "Procedure too large to compile". The reason I say it's odd is that I know for a fact the procedure is not too large to compile. We have daily builds and others are able to pull the source down and compile, but I am unable to on my machine. Any ideas?

Re: "Proc too large to compile"

32,000 identifiers, 64Kb limit per proceedure, but it is all limited by the amount of memory you have on the system as per the documentation. Perhaps your pagefile.sys is not large enough or you may need more ram.

Good Luck
