I might be developing an IVR System for a unique school project. This is something I have never done before and I am currently in the researching phase of the project. Can anyone point me to some valuable articles, tutorials, definitions, open source programs for review, and anything else someone thinks is important?
Also, if there is anyone who has done this and can give valuable advice for a beginner, that would be great. I know this can be developed in several languages, however through my research, it seems VB is very popular for it with additional plugins. Is this accurate?
