using MSComm in winXP &win.7

Hi..
I've got a problem in how to connect atmega8535 to VB6 using MSComm...
I've already build the program in VB6 and usart program in CodeVision,and it's already work in computer that use Windows XP.
but when I tried it in computer that use Windows 7 it doesn't work...!!

Any idea about it???
