How do I download transactions info from Paypal using VB.NET

I want to create an app which when i press a button. It downloads each new Paypal transaction to a textfile. I would like information like purchase item name, item description. And price to be added to textfile.

Does anyone know if this is possible.

VB.Net in relation to a local computer is something I can work with. Put with intergrating VB.NET with Paypal is alittle out of my depth.

If anyone does know how to do this. Please help :)

I know people don't like to help unless you can prove you have done some leg work yourself, so I have searched accross the internet and found this page. But as i said... it is abit beyond my expertise :(
