It is Pegasus PR900 UHF Reader, But I need to know is there any way to connect to any TCP/IP Readers via vb6

I think TCP/IP cannot be used in this context.
Try COM port controls.

The idea behind using the TCP/IP is to connect multiple readers, COM ports are limited.
Maximum 10 ports can be used.
