Seeing as how Microsoft doesn't allow downloads of the Express version of VB6.0, which is antiquated technology at best, you'll have to get the current express version which is either 2008 or 2012 depending on you computer. Which if you're just learning would be the preferred way to go, since once your ready to do some serious developing you won't have to relearn as much.
